  Log into your Sudathi account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags, invoices, and accessories are included and the product is in its original condition.

  Pickup and Verification

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package and perform a preliminary quality check.

  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a final inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or Sudathi wallet within 5-7 business days.
